Grass Fed Beef Fat

Our grass fed beef has been raised on the Diamond S Ranch without hormones or antibiotics.  Leaving our ranch only to trail to the mountain higher elevation for the summer months only and returning home in the fall to graze our meadows and if needed fed grass hay produced on our deeded land. The fat is ground then rendered here at the ranch and bottled.
